Super-Krete Epoxy

Super-Krete Epoxy

SK-E100

SK-E100 is a two component water-based epoxy system that features ease of application, very low odor and excellent overall coating performance. This material cures blush free over a wide range of temperatures and adheres tenaciously
to a variety of substrates including damp or wet concrete. Because of its affinity for moisture and inherent alkalinity resistance, SK-E100 may be used over green concrete with proper surface preparation. SK-E100 is used as a general
purpose coating for concrete floors and as a primer under epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic materials. The raw material package has a 30 year history of success as a concrete coating. SK-E100 is recommended for coating warehouse
and factory floors, automotive repair facilities, residential garage floors and many other commercial and industrial maintenance applications.

SK-E200

SK-E200 is a two component water-based epoxy with excellent adhesion and rapid cure times. Its unique chemistry provides short re-coat times and good low temperature curing. This material has little odor, applies easily and adheres
to damp concrete. SK-E200 was designed for use as a fast curing primer under epoxy, acrylic, polyurethane and polyurea materials. It may also be used as a base coat in fast turnaround color chip systems. Re-coat times range from
30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on film thickness, curing conditions and the type of top coat used. SK-E200 is ideally suited as a primer over properly neutralized interior acid stains where odor cannot be tolerated. SK-E200
primer with SK-P100 or SK-P501 top coats may be accomplished in one trip to the job site. Fewer trips to the job site result in reduction of labor costs. h3 Colors & Finishes

SK-E300

SK-E300 Flex is a 100% solids, medium viscosity, flexible epoxy system. It has excellent elongation, hardness and impact resistance. The material cures, blush-free, and forms a tenacious bond to damp concrete and properly prepared
metal. It can be purchased in a thickened paste version for easy joint and crack filling. A special hardener is available where cold weather curing (down to 40 degrees), or accelerated room temperature cure is required. SK-E300
Flex was developed for industrial joint and crack repair. It’s combination of resilience and physical strength allows it to absorb the impact of heavy loads and steel wheeled traffic. When used as a coating system, it is especially
well suited for applications where surface movement, vibrations or thermal cycling may defeat the protection of a rigid material. Typical applications of this type would include wood decks, suspended concrete slabs, mechanical
rooms and exterior aggregate-filled flooring. SK-E300 Flex has been used successfully as a coating material for aluminum and on steel ship decks. Available in a Fast Cure formula (SK-E300 Flex Fast Cure).

SK-E400

SK-E400 is a low viscosity, 100% solids resin system used in a variety of flooring applications including high build coatings, aggregate-filled flooring and decorative epoxy pebble applications. This material cures blush-free and provides
an outstanding balance of physical strength, flexibility and chemical resistance. SK-E400 has excellent clarity for use over color quartz aggregate and decorative architectural concrete. The pigmented material features high pigment
loading for good substrate hide and color consistency when roller applied. SK-E400 has considerably lower viscosity than most competitive products providing improved handling at cooler temperatures and exceptional troweling characteristics.
The lower viscosity allows for the addition of fine silica fillers for easy application of “slurry” type floors. A fast cure hardener is available when cold weather curing, (down to 40°F), or accelerated room temperature curing
is required. A special hardener is available when adhesion to damp concrete is required. The versatility of SK-E400 makes it ideal as a primer, finish coat or aggregate binder in a wide variety of flooring applications. This includes
manufacturing facilities, warehouses, correctional facilities, loading docks and other areas requiring high performance flooring.

SK-E550

SK-E550 is a high solids, low odor material designed as a base coat for color chip flooring. SK-E550 is formulated with an unusually high pigment loading for excellent substrate hide in a one coat application. This allows the contractor
to omit the normally used primer and saves a trip to the jobsite. SK-E550 adheres tenaciously to damp or dry concrete and gives the contractor ample open time for broadcasting the color chips. The material is formulated with low
odor glycol ether solvents that are considerably less hazardous than conventional aromatic or ketone solvents.
